The Canica Foundation has a strong focus on enhancing the impact of individuals, institutions and organizations working to develop the world today. This we do through three main areas of interest; medical research, education and charity.

Orkla ASA is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange and headquartered in Oslo. Orkla is a leading supplier of branded consumer goods and concept solutions to the grocery and out-of home sector in the Nordic and Baltic regions. In addition, the Group holds good positions in certain product categories in India, the Czech Republic, Austria, Poland and Russia. The Company is also a major supplier to the European bakery market. Orkla’s vision is to improve everyday life with healthier and more enjoyable local brands. The Group also operates in aluminum, hydropower and real estate sectors. As at 31 December 2013, Orkla had around 17,000 employees. The Group´s turnover in 2013 totaled NOK 33 billion.

The Komplett Group is the Nordic countries’ largest e-commerce player, with 18 years of experience and with a total of 15 webshops. The reporting revenue was MNOK 5 200 in 2013. The group has 1 200 000 active customers who have made one or more purchases over the past year. In 2013 a product was picked off a warehouse shelf about every 6 seconds on average round the clock, every day, all year long. The group has 600 co-workers in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. Its corporate headquarters are in Sandefjord.

CENTURIE owns the Jernia consumer chain in Norway, 57 percent of the Järnia consumer chain in Sweden, Kremmerhuset, Bedre Hjem, F&H and Gastronaut

Canica´s investments in real estate includes developing projects, office premises, warehousing and logistics facilities. Canica also take stakes in listed real estate companies. The total gross real estate exposure is currently NOK 5,5 billion. Below we have listed some examples of our real estate investments.

Canica Leisure Group holds Canica´s investments within hotels, spas and other leisure activities. We believe in being present also in smaller communities, and our investments within this category will mostly be located in scenic and spectacular areas of Norway that strongly rely on tourism.

The Well has ambitions to become the leading spa and wellness center. "The Well" has had several names along the way (Aqua Vitae Spa og Badehus), before the current name "The Well". "The Well" is wholly owned by Kongeveien Eiendom AS, while Kongeveien Drift renting and operate. Both companies are wholly owned by Canica.
